　　Zhuge Liang was unwilling to kill innocent people anymore, so he came up with a plan: he ordered the chef to use rice and flour as skin, wrap it with the flesh of black cows and white sheep, shape it into the shape of 49 human heads, and then offer sacrifices to Jiang 1. This approach effectively calmed the storm and allowed the army to cross the river smoothly. Since then, this kind of food wrapped with dough and meat stuffing was called "Mantou", later referred to as "Mantou".
